MJJ77 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MJJ77 (referred to throughout these Terms as "MJJ77", "we", "us" or "our"). MJJ77 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for users located in Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and MJJ77 governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mjj77.cam and all associated content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MJJ77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only.

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent from MJJ77.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, spyware, ransomware or any other harmful software through or in connection with the Platform.
• Engage in any form of fraud, including collusion, bonus abuse, chip dumping, or using multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, location or any other material information when registering or operating your account.
• Use the Platform in a manner that places a disproportionate or unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
• Publish, reproduce or distribute any Platform Content without the express prior written permission of MJJ77.

4.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Users accessing MJJ77 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local laws. MJJ77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access from restricted jurisdictions is at the User's own risk and initiative.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. MJJ77 strongly recommends selecting a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MJJ77 support immediately via live chat or the contact email address provided on this site.
• MJJ77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, is strongly recommended and provides an additional layer of security for your account.
• MJJ77 reserves the right to suspend account access pending investigation if unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated and processed in accordance with the operator's cashier settings. • Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. MJJ77 reserves the right to exclude specific users from promotional eligibility without prior notice.
• Each promotional offer specifies a Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limit and any maximum bet restriction. Users must read and understand these specific terms before opting in to any bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used once per User, household, IP address, device or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• MJJ77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Active bonus balances subject to ongoing wagering requirements will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, colluding with other users or placing low-risk hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new Users registering their first account. Existing Users who create secondary accounts to claim welcome offers will have any such bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written consent.
• The right to use any MJJ77 branding, trade names or logos in any manner that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement without prior written approval.
• The right to commercially exploit any Content accessed through the Platform.

Unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. MJJ77 actively monitors its Content for unauthorised reproduction and will pursue enforcement action where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJJ77, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability, technical errors, server outages or data corruption.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any Content published on the Platform for real-money wagering decisions. Platform Content is informational only and does not constitute betting advice.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from changes to third-party payment provider terms, fees, processing windows or availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible.

MJJ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable platform policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate restriction of account access.
• User request for voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon termination of your account, any verified cash balance (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements or compliance holds) will be processed for return to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and applicable processing timelines. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account termination unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting MJJ77 support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly following confirmation of your identity and settlement of any outstanding transactions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the relevant gaming licence is incorporated or registered. This clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Pakistan is a developing area of law, and that the applicability of Pakistani law to offshore gaming platforms is subject to uncertainty. MJJ77 does not provide legal advice and strongly encourages Users to seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about the legality of accessing the Platform from their specific location.

MJJ77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Amendments of a non-material nature (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
